Yes. Existing October bookings are automatically entered. You don't need to do anything else.
We'll call you with a quote before touching anything. You're always in control — no surprise charges. Additional repairs and parts are your responsibility, not part of the prize.
If you cancel and don't rebook during the promotional period, your entry is voided. Rebook and you're back in.

The Fine Print
The promoter is Apex Service & Repairs ("the Promoter").
The promotion opens at 12:01 am AWST on Monday, 14 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AWST on Monday, 29 September 2026, or earlier if all available October 2026 eligible service bookings have been filled, whichever occurs first.
If all eligible October 2026 service bookings are filled before 29 September 2026, the promotion will close immediately and no further entries will be accepted.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who book an eligible caravan or camper trailer service with Apex Service & Repairs during the promotional period.
Employees of Apex Service & Repairs and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
To receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw, customers must:
Each eligible booking receives one (1) entry into the draw.
Bookings already made for October prior to the commencement of the giveaway are automatically entered into the giveaway.
One (1) winner will receive the cost of their eligible Apex Service refunded or credited, up to a maximum value of AUD $770 (including GST).
The prize:
The prize applies only to eligible Apex Service packages. The following are specifically excluded from the prize:
Should any faults or additional maintenance requirements be identified during the service, Apex Service & Repairs will contact the customer and provide a quotation before any additional work is undertaken.
No additional repairs or replacement parts will be supplied without the customer's prior approval.
All approved repairs, replacement parts and additional labour remain the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the giveaway prize.
The prize draw will be conducted at random on Tuesday, 30 September 2026 at the premises of Apex Service & Repairs.
The winner will be contacted by telephone using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
The winner will also be announced on the official Apex Service & Repairs Facebook and Instagram pages on 30 September 2026.
If the winner cancels their booked service and does not rebook and complete the eligible service within three (3) months of the original booking date, the prize will be forfeited and no refund, credit or cash alternative will be provided.
If an eligible booking is cancelled prior to the service being completed and no replacement booking is made during the promotional period, the associated giveaway entry will become void.
By entering the promotion, entrants consent to Apex Service & Repairs collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion.
The winner agrees to the use of their first name, suburb and photographs of their caravan or camper trailer for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, Apex Service & Repairs is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Apex Service & Repairs reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
If the promotion cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, Apex Service & Repairs reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
This promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
