Caravans take a beating on Australian roads. Regular servicing catches small issues before they become expensive problems — and keeps you safe on the road. A well-maintained caravan also holds its value far better than one that's been neglected.
We offer full annual servicing packages as well as individual component maintenance — book what you need, or bring it in for a full check and we'll tell you what needs attention.
Annual Safety Check
Our annual safety inspection covers all safety-critical systems: brakes, coupling, lights, tyres, gas, electrical, and water systems. We provide a written report and advise on any issues found. This inspection is recommended before any long trip and as a condition of insurance for many policies.
Wheel Bearings & Brakes
Wheel bearing failure is one of the most common — and most dangerous — caravan failures on Australian roads. We inspect and repack or replace bearings, check electric brakes, and adjust breakaway systems. We recommend checking bearings every 10,000km or annually.
Seals & Waterproofing
Roof seals, window seals, door seals, and external joint seals degrade over time and allow water ingress — which leads to delamination and structural damage. We inspect all seals and reseal where needed. This is one of the most cost-effective maintenance jobs on a caravan.
Gas Inspection
Gas system inspection, regulator testing, hose condition, appliance function. We test for leaks and check compliance. Required before returning from storage or after any gas component work.
