Our security measures include:
- Encrypted connections — our website and booking system use SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) to protect data in transit

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate our website and booking system. These providers may process or store limited personal information on our behalf:

- Web fonts — our website loads fonts from an external provider for display purposes
Our website, booking system, and digital infrastructure are designed, built, and managed by Re. Analytics on our behalf. Re. Analytics staff may access systems for technical management and security oversight purposes only, and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond communications directly related to your bookings and services with us.
We do not process online payments or store credit card details. All payments are handled via direct bank transfer or in person at our workshop.
